Nearly one month in! The end of the month was quickly approaching but my knees did not want to keep up with me so I had been taking it easy and doing some of the lower impact Beachbody on Demand exercises.
I wasn't planning on running this morning, but I had a goal I wanted to keep. I had made it about halfway through the month and figured I should stick to it.... and I made it!
I was shooting for 100 miles this month and I am just over 101. I am hoping to try and keep this up throughout the year but we'll see what happens :)
I also set a few records according to Runkeeper today including:
- Farthest Distance: 7.70 Miles
- Longest Duration: 1:16:20
- Most Calories Burned: 1628
