Day Three

Morning Energy Level: Low - Still not feeling great, but better than the previous day. I think it was just a 24-48hr bug perhaps.

Two Personal Records according to Runkeeper today:

  • Longest Duration: 01:09:45
  • Most Calories Burned: 1356

Tried something different today and just "ran" without walking. My legs are starting to feel stronger and I don't feel as fatigued as normal. I'm starting to get my breathing under control as well.

You can see, even just based off of the previous days that the "pace" graph is much more stable and doesn't have huge peaks/valleys from starting and stopping. I definitely feel better running like this as opposed to the starting/stopping/walking. Going to try and keep it up going forward!
