Morning Energy Level: Low - I was up and out of bed for nearly an hour over night then I had trouble falling back asleep. This definitely impacted how I felt in the morning. Coupled with a very busy morning at work it made for a long day.
Running went well though! I took a slightly longer route this time, further North than usual. My pace is averaging out a little more as you can see from the screenshots in the app. I would like to lower the pace times some but that will likely come with time.
