Day Five

Morning Energy Level: Low - I didn't sleep well again. The first few hours felt OK then it got worse throughout the night. Luckily we have a Sleep Number so I could confirm how I felt:

Running tonight was a little slow also. I'm not sure if it was the weather or poor sleep. It was 8 degrees when I started (felt like -6) and when I was done it was 3 degrees (feels like -11). I still managed to get in over four miles so that is good!

I'm hoping to start doing more exercises to help focus on my core and build up more muscle. Baby steps though, need to focus on running first :)
